Z-Dormio is a health mattress for backpain in the Rejuvenate Series created by Z-Net that comes in at a full 10 on the firmness scale. It is one of the firmest mattresses we have tested and is excellent in eliminating back pain. The integrated progressive compressive support and the low density latex comfort layer in the Z-Dormio starts soft and gets really firm once it bears weight.
Our review of the Z-Dormio mattress found the triple density natural latex in the support core and its progressive compressive feature makes for a nice soft comfortable feel that also gives you a very firm foundation for spinal support better than any other conventional mattress. From the veteran back pain mattress manufacturer, Z-Dormio uses an exclusive triple density natural latex that is rare in the retail market and is more common in the hospitality industry for it’s durability and longevity. We expect this mattress to be durable enough to last at least 20 – 30 years with nightly use.
We think it’s a great accessibility mattress finally offering its products at the retail level (it was only available to industry until recently) and we’re equally impressed with the company’s commitment to using only natural materials and hand made construction. This is a very high quality mattress if you have back pain that you need to get rid of and haven’t had any luck with other mattresses.

What Type of Sleeper Is Best Suited for a Z-Dormio Mattress?
Based on our customer feedback data, Z-Dormio mattresses received the following grades among sleepers of different weights and preferred sleep positions. Please note that these ratings are subjective, and that everyone has varying experiences on different mattresses. Sleeper comfort and spinal support are the most important factors when it comes to selecting a mattress.
Our testing process found the Z-Dormio should also be great for you if…
- You prefer the feeling of sleeping “on” and not “in” a mattress
- You have been looking for a very firm support core for spinal support want something that is already trusted in the industry
- You already suffer from regular to chronic backpain that negatively impacts your life and you need a mattress to save your back, which this design certainly provides
- If you want to sleep your way into back pain recovery rather than continuing regular chiropractor and physical therapist visits
- You prefer to buy from a company that offer commercial levels of quality for consumer use
